Shipping Policy
GENERAL INFORMATION
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, we will notify you and inform you when we can deliver it, or we will refund the total amount of your order using the original payment method.
DELIVERY TIME
Unless exceptional circumstances prevent us from doing so, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 2 business days following the date of your order. Business days are Monday to Friday. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. Additional processing times should be expected during holidays or special events, including Cyber Monday and Boxing Day. A recipient must be available to sign and confirm that the goods received match what was ordered. Delivery dates may vary based on factors such as carrier delivery practices, delivery location, delivery method, and the items ordered. Furthermore, items may be sent in separate shipments.
SHIPPING COSTS
Fixed shipping rates are applied based on your geographic location. Please find the rates below:
1) Mainland France:

Free Shipping: On all orders of €100 or more.
* Based on the reference weight of each item. The weight includes:
- The item weight (which may vary slightly between products) + its packaging
- The parcel weight
2) Benelux (Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands)
Deliveries are handled by Mondial Relay.
- €5.50: Pick-up Point. For orders under €100.
- €9.50: Home Delivery. For orders under €100.
- Free Shipping: On all orders of €150 or more.
3) French Overseas Territories (Guadeloupe, La Réunion, French Guiana, Martinique, Mayotte):
- €11.90: Orders under €100
- €8.90: Orders between €100 and €199.99
- Free Shipping: On all orders of €200 or more.
4) EU Countries (European Union) excluding Benelux:
- €16.90: Orders under €100.
- €14.90: Orders over €100.
5) Maghreb (Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia):
- €21.90: Orders under €100.
- €18.90: Orders over €100.
6) Switzerland:
- €16.90: Orders under €100.
- €14.90: Orders over €100.
7) Rest of the World (All countries not mentioned above):
- €30.99: Orders under €300.
- €15.99: Orders between €300 and €399.99.
- Free Shipping: On all orders of €400 or more.
To request an expedited or premium delivery method, please contact contact@kalam.fr for related costs. Applicable sales taxes will depend on the province or territory where the shipment is sent.
VERIFICATION UPON DELIVERY
The customer must check the conformity of the delivered goods at the time of receipt and before signing the carrier's delivery note.
