Product availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to let you know the expected delay. If we are unable to deliver it, we will refund you using the original payment method.

Order processing and delivery times

In-stock items are generally prepared and dispatched within 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Made-to-order items, including certain products made by our partner Printful, have an advertised delivery time of 10 days.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, delivery method and items ordered. They are estimates only. Processing and delivery may take longer during busy periods or public holidays.

An order may be shipped in several parcels if items are prepared or dispatched separately. The available delivery methods and applicable shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Shipping costs depend on the destination and, depending on the delivery method or items ordered, on the weight or order value. The final cost and available options are shown at checkout.

Home delivery is free on orders of €100 or more.

The reference weight includes the weight of the item, its packaging and the parcel. The price of delivery to a parcel shop, when available, is shown at checkout.
